DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
A 20% deposit is required in order to book an initial appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason under any circumstance what so ever. However if you need to reschedule your appointment you may do so once within 24 hours of your appointment with no additional deposit needed. If you need to reschedule a second time you will need to put another deposit.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
If you wish to reschedule, 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T SHOW UP TO MY APPOINTMENT?
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
***All services provided are nonrefundable. All deposits made are nonrefundable. If you are at all indecisive about permanent makeup I highly recommend not getting done. I would first recommend a consultation to go over your concerns in person.***

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel at any time prior to your appointment however your deposit is nonrefundable.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?
Some things to keep in mind when booking your appointment: you will be asked not to sweat, be in the sun or swim for 1 week after your appointment. Book accordingly around vacations, outside events, etc.

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Annual maintenance sessions are recommended. Here are some factors that will cause your semi-permanent tattoo to fade faster:

Oily skin

Retinol or Vitamin C

Iron deficiency

Salt water exposure

Sun exposure

Exfoliants

ARE MAINTENANCE SESSIONS REQUIRED?
Yearly sessions are recommended. The price ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked.​

WHAT TECHNIQUE IS BEST FOR MY BROWS?
Microblading is great for normal, combination & dry skin, NOT OILY. This technique gives the realistic hair stroke look, filling in sparse areas. Combo brow & Powder brow are great techniques for majority of clients. If you are unsure, book what you believe to be best and we will make modifications as needed.

DOES IT HURT?
It is completely bearable and if you are nervous about pain, you may take 1-2 Tylenol 30 minutes before your appointment. DO NOT take Advil or drink coffee before your appointment. Keep in mind right before and while you are on your period you will be more sensitive. ​​​​​​​

CAN I HAVE A PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE DONE?
You may not be a permanent makeup candidate if:

You are under 18

You are pregnant or breastfeeding

Have been on Accutane within the past year

You currently have any communicable disease or active infection that could put you, the artist or others at risk.

Undergoing Chemotherapy

You are Epileptic

You are taking blood thinning medications

You develop infections easily

WHO IS NOT A SUITABLE PERMANENT MAKEUP CANDIDATE?

If you are under the age of 18.

If you are currently pregnant or nursing.

If you have taken Accutane during the past year.

If you have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring.

If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy.

If you have previous microblading/tattooing from another studio (must send clear photos in PRIOR to booking a new session).
WHEN IS A DOCTORS NOTE REQUIRED FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP?

WHAT IF I HAVE HAD PERMANENT MAKEUP DONE IN THE PAST?
If you have had permanent makeup done in the past you must send a photo (up close in good light) for approval, prior to booking via text 321-279-3860 or book a consultation so we can discuss the options moving forward.

AM I CONSIDERED A DARK LIP NEUTRALIZATION OR A LIP BLUSH?
If your lips are two-toned, cool, brown, dark looking, you will need to have to book a dark lip neutralization procedure.

DO I KEEP MY OWN BROW HAIR?
Yes! In fact, I highly recommend not doing anything to your brows prior to your initial appointment. Let them grow in as much as possible. The more brow hair I have to incorporate into the shaping process the better. ​​​​

HOW DOES THE HEALING PROCESS WORK?
Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each client. Many factors contribute to how one heals. Every client will need a touchup to maintain and perfect their results. I recommend a 6-12 week touchup after your initial session, then once annually following that.y following that.
